POLICIES + FEES

I. Booking Fees and Requirements

There will be a $75 booking fee to hold your date on my schedule. This separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services, and separate from travel if travel exceeds 1 hour round trip.
The booking fee is non-refundable and non transferable, is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. This fee covers holding your date, mileage to and from on site location within 1 hour roundtrip from Gloss & Toss only, as well as set up/clean up on the wedding date. Please read below for any travel beyond 1 hour roundtrip.
In the event of a last minute booking, within 2 weeks (14 days) of your scheduled wedding date, ALL payments must be completed once the contract is signed unless discussed and in writing by stylist Amanda Bonham.

 

ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY:
Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for additional blowdrying time.
Max amount of services: 6 (3 hours). Stylist, Amanda Bonham can only perform a certain amount of services depending on timing and style, please see timing reference above with services.
***When scheduling and discussing styles with your party, please have them refer to the time allotted and consider the amount of hair they have. Extravagant styles may take more time and not be completed in the time frame given. Please have your wedding party email their inspiration photos to bonhamartistry@gmail.com.

Your stylist can provide a look book of styles for your wedding party to ensure precise timing.

An additional stylist may be needed for large parties that exceed 6 and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, Amanda Bonham may choose their second stylist to add on to your team. For an additional stylist to be booked, there will be an additional $75 booking fee to reserve the wedding date on their schedule. Amanda Bonham and/or Gloss & Toss is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately.

Prior to the scheduled wedding date, the bride or booking party will need to provide accurate and timely information, including the venue location, itinerary and any relevant details.

A timeline will be given by Amanda Bonham curated for your wedding hair once an itinerary is given, if one is not given by a coordinator. If services start late by 15 minutes or more, a late fee of $50 will be charged. If time allows it, we may add on services, but do reserve the right to refuse services or adjustments including but not limited to, time restraints, force or explicit behavior.

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, late fee, etc) and may be required depending on location and time.

II. Pricing + Allotted Times for each service

Day of Bridal Hair: $150 - 45/60 minutes
Bridal Trial Run: $100 - 60/90 minutes (at Gloss & Toss)
Wedding Party Hair: $100 - 30/45 minutes
Flower girl (10 and under) Hair: $30 - 25 minutes
Wedding Party Curl Only (not including glam wave style): $30 - 25 minutes
Engagement + Bridal: $110 - 60/90 minutes (Add on a blowout for $45. On site at Gloss & Toss)

Reservation Deposit: $75
Additional Stylist: $75

Travel Fee: $50/hr roundtrip if travel exceeds 1 hour of travel from Gloss & Toss Hair Studio

Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Amanda Bonham for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately. Invoices will be sent out accordingly through Square and must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the event. If invoices are not paid by the scheduled date on the invoice, a $25 late fee will occur.

If time allows it, we may add on services, but do reserve the right to refuse services or adjustments including but not limited to, time restraints, force or explicit behavior.

 

III. Travel

All travel pricing is based out of Fort Worth, Texas where the Gloss & Toss Hair Studio is located (4701 West Fwy, Unit 500, Fort Worth,TX, 76107).

Please keep this in mind when inquiring about on site wedding services.

Travel Time Charge: Travel time is calculated based on round-trip hours (to and from your event). For example, if it takes 1 hour to get to your location, you will also be charged for the 1 hour it takes to return home, totaling 2 hours of travel time. Time will be rounded to the nearest half hour.

Hourly Rate for Travel Time: Travel time is billed at $50 per hour. While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service pricing for extended travel.

Example: Wichita Falls, TX travel time from Studio: 1 hour 45 minutes travel distance= 3 1/2 total hrs traveled to and from - $175 Travel Time Fee

Travel time is priced round trip, to and from the venues location: $50 per hour. $25 for extra half hour.

If travel exceeds 6 hours one way, accommodations for 1 night minimum is required. This is an additional fee not included in the extended travel time.

IV. Cancellations, Rescheduling

Services must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding unless otherwise discussed and in writing. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.
In the event of a last minute booking, within 2 weeks (14 days) of your scheduled date, all payments must be completed once the contract is signed.

In the case of a cancellation of the wedding date by the bride, with less than one month’s notice, 50% of the total service amount will be due.
In the case of needing to reschedule the wedding date, I will try my best to be accommodating for the new date change. However, any payment from the original date is non refundable or transferable. A new booking fee ($75) will be needed to secure new date per stylist.

V. Force Majeure, Liability Policies

Amanda Bonham and/or Gloss & Toss shall not be in breach of this contract for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities/harsh weather; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of the stylist.

The Client holds the stylists harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, suits, proceedings, penalties, expenses, or other liabilities including lost or stolen property, attorney fees and court costs, arising out of or resulting from the performance of this contract, regardless of the basis (except for gross negligence on the part of The Stylist). Liability Insurance will be provided to event venue if necessary.

VI. Photo/Model Release

Amanda will be documenting their work on the bride and bridal party resulting in photos and videos being taken. This contract grants the stylist to publish any images of their work for promotional purposes. *Faces do not need to be shown unless granted permission* This includes, but is not limited to, portfolios, brochures, business cards, Internet, social media, web page or other electronic media advertising or other promotional materials.
